Navigate to the Leads tab. On the leads page you can filter the leads by Assignee, Status, Source, or use the Additional Filters available. Once you have filtered your leads you can select the checkbox to the left of the number symbol in the column header. Once selected all of the leads on your screen will be selected.
Then you can select Bulk Actions. This screen provides you with the options to Mass Delete, Mark as Lost, change Lead Status or Source, change Last Contacted Date, change who the leads are Assigned to, or update the leads to show as Private or Public. Once you have updated the data to meet your needs you will have to hit “Confirm” to save your changes.Search Knowledge Base Articles
