To create a purchase request, navigate to Purchase > Purchase Request, then select the New button, then give your request a name, select a project if relevant and select the applicable department. If this request is related to a sales invoice, select this dropdown menu to select the invoice number. Once selected you can see a green copy button beside the invoice selection where you can copy the sale invoice details to the table below. The requestor will automatically fill with the staff member that is completing the request but can be updated in the event one party is completing the request for another. Then you can select the checkbox beside Choose (Item) from the list of items. If selected you can begin typing in a product name in the item's line to be able to select items from the item list. Then you can manually change any of the fields in the table and Save your request.
