How do I manage my company's subscriptions within my Enzebra?

To manage your subscriptions, navigate to the Subscription tab and when selected you will be taken to the Subscription Summary page where you can see quick statistics about Active, Future, Past Due, Unpaid, Incomplete, Canceled, and Expired subscriptions and where you can see your subscription names, the customer it is associated with, the status, the next billing cycle, and the date the participant subscribed. 

To create a new subscription, select the New Subscription button. Next, select the Billing Plan, the Quantity, First Billing Date, Subscription Name, and Description, select to include or exclude the description on the invoice item, select the appropriate Customer and applicable Tax Rate, then paste in your terms and conditions and Save your subscription details.
