I sent my survey, but have had no responses, what should I do?

Step 1 - Confirm you linked the survey into the survey email description before sending and then test send the survey to yourself to make sure it sent as desired. 

Step 2 - After you complete step 1, then consider using the Custom Email/SMS mailer to resend your survey information as it is possible the surveys went to the intended recipient's spam or promotions folder so it is possible they did not see the survey.
