How can I access support?

Step 1 - Within your Client portal, select into the Support tab 

Step 2 - Select the Open Ticket button. 

Step 3 - Fill out the support ticket, attach any relevant files, then Save your ticket.  


We work to respond to all support requests within 24 hours.
