Navigate to Manufacturing > Settings. When selected you will be taken to the Working hours tab and below this tab you be able to select into the Unit of measure tab where you can edit or delete units or select the Add button. On this screen you will type in the Unit of Measure, select the Category, select the Type, Rounding Precision, and Save your new unit details.
