Navigate to Accounting > Settings and you will be taken to the General settings tab where you can select into the Banking rules tab and select the Add button to add in custom banking rules. From there you can give your banking rule a name, select which transactions to apply this to and what to include, and control what to do then, and select the payment account, and account to deposit to, and select if you want transactions to automatically map and Save your setup.
