To access your Utilities navigate through your left navigation menu and select the Utilities to access the drop-down with the following options - Media, Bulk PDF Export, Calendar, Announcements, Activity Log, Ticket Pipe Log, and Surveys.
Media > Here you can store all of your company’s relevant media files in one location. Within this media folder, there is a public and private folder to store your photos and videos accordingly.
Bulk PDF Export > This section enables you to select any type of export you need, pick a start and end date, as well as a description to complete multiple transfers of data at once. Before you finish, you are able to select the relevant status of the PDFs in accordance with the content selected.
Calendar > This Calendar links in with your entire Enzebra to easily see any and all tasks, projects, events, and more. The arrows and “Today” buttons allow for swift access around the calendar when bouncing between dates. You can also easily filter through your Calendar by selecting the filters button and applying any filters as you see fit.
Announcements > This function lets you release an announcement to your whole organization, only to clients, or to a specific staff member. Whether you want to notify your staff about an event or notify specific customers about a change or requirement, the announcements tool allows you to get the job done efficiently and ensures all parties selected receive virtual notifications!
Activity Log > This log supplies you with a detailed summation of everything that has occurred within your Enzebra core platform. You can filter this log by date or by using the search engine and easily export any data as required by selecting the Export button.
Ticket Pipe Log > This feature displays all of the support tickets that have been managed in the activity log. You can filter this log by date or by using the search engine.
